Planned downtime March 2022

Between 18.00 (CET) on Friday the 4th and 23.59 on Sunday 6th of March 2022, CAB will carry out extensive maintenance work that affects most of our services in the automotive area, including CABAS and CAB Plan. Due to this, these services will not be available during this time.

About the maintenance downtime

The shutdown will start at 18.00 CET on Friday the 4th of March and continue throughout Saturday and Sunday. The shutdown affects the operation of CABAS and CAB Plan but will also have an impact on other services such as Auto Reply and Damage Inspection Booking.

Why is CAB doing this?

The reason for the shutdown is a move of the operating environment for CABAS and CAB Plan (CSP) to Microsoft's cloud service Azure. This gives us new opportunities to further develop our products and increase the information and operational security of our systems. All to create more business value and a better experience for you as a customer. For us, this moving to Azure is an important milestone in the future development of CABAS and CAB Plan, as it lays the foundations for the calculation and planning tools going forward.

No visible changes

No visible changes to the software are made with this update. The same CABAS and CAB Plan will start on Monday morning. As a user, you do not need to modify any configurations or settings provided that your IT environment complies with our system requirements. Read more about applicable network requirements here:
