Recording telephone calls made to CAB Support

Some calls to our Support line may be recorded.

How we handle recorded calls:

  • The calls are saved for 24 months, after which they are deleted
  • Only a few people are entitled to listen to recorded calls

The calls can be used for the following purposes:

  • To quality-assure the work
  • To develop procedures and training material
  • To clear up ambiguity
