How am I affected by the company’s change of name?
Our new company name, CAB Healthcare AB, does not affect your agreements with us due to the fact that we have the same corporate identity number as before.
Do I need the additional services?
No. It depends on your wishes and needs. If your book a large volume of patients with private health insurance, for example, the invoicing service can create value for you. If you are unsure about which additional services can create value for you, we will help you to identify these.
Is BDC Care for digital care included when I sign up to Kuralink?
BDC Care is an independent service that is not included in Kuralink’s subscription. The video service can be directly integrated with Kuralink. This means that the businesses that wish to offer digital care for patients with health insurance are able to do so.
Who are our target groups?
Our platform is only used by care clients and care providers. Not private individuals!
Does Kuralink influence the payment I receive for my services?
We are an independent party between care clients and care providers, and consequently have no influence over the payment processes. As a care provider, you enter into agreements with care clients on your own.
Can I integrate my medical records system with Kuralink?
Yes, if you are using one of the medical records systems with which we already offer integration. Read which these are here.
How quickly can I get started?

A claim is a digital document that arises as a result of a claim from a private individual to an insurance company. The claim is created by the insurance company and contains patient information, information about the care client and information about the care provider.
