CAB Plan: Promised delivery date added to SMS
If you wish, the vehicle owner can receive information about the promised delivery date in the SMS messages sent to confirm the repair and the reminder to leave for repair.
Settings for deviation handling on own tab
The settings for the deviation handling have moved and are now administered on a separate tab in the settings.
CAB Plan: “Towed” and “Customer is waiting” can be added in process flow filter
The statuses “Towed” and “Customer is waiting” can be used as parameters in new and existing filters used in the process summary.
CAB Plan: Information about the damage inspection in the booking list
If you move the mouse pointer over a damage inspection in the booking list, you will get information about which department the inspection is booked in. This can be helpful if you have several departments where damage inspections are booked. A color marking to left of the row also shows the status of the inspection.
