RELEASE NOTES NOVEMBER 2023

In the November release, we are introducing a number of changes to CABAS. In addition to this, we have also fixed bugs and made performance improvements in the system.

NB:

We are now updating the system requirements for CABAS and CAB Plan. This means that, after this release, you will need Windows 10 (not RT)/Windows Server 2016 or later to run the program. Make sure that your computer meets these requirements. You can find out more about the system requirements here:

After reading, you will be able to access the Release Notes in CABAS by clicking on the “Release information” icon in the top right corner in the top menu bar.

CABAS: "Auxiliary lights" is added to CABAS general standard rows

Since auxiliary lights are frequently removed and replaced during damage repair, we have now added "Auxilliary lights" (removal/installation and replacement) as general standard lines in CABAS.

To be able to use the new standard rows, you need to import them into your CABAS. This is done by clicking Basic data (1) => Standard lines (2) => Import... (3) => CABAS general standard lines (4) => OK (5)

Select the new rows (6) and click "OK" (7). Done!

CABAS: Export the user register for your own organisation

It is now possible to export the user register for your organisation. This function requires administrator permissions in CABAS.

If you want to export the user register for your own organisation, do as follows:

Click on “Settings” (1). The “Users” view is displayed by default. You can now select which user group you want to export in “Filters” (2). Once you have made your selection, click on the “Export...” (3) button – this button is only visible to users with administrator rights.

You now need to decide where the CSV file is to be saved (4) and what the file is to be called (5). Then click on “Save” (6).

Depending on the number of users being exported, the amount of time required to perform the export may vary.
