Release Notes CAB Plan June

In the CAB Plan version for June, we have made several changes in CAB Plan.

After reading, you will be able to access the Release Notes in CAB Plan by clicking on the “Release information” icon in the top right corner in the top menu bar.

CAB Plan: Import of national public holidays

CAB Plan: Import of national public holidays

There is now an option to import national public holidays for an upcoming calendar year. At import, absence will be added to all departments in the workshop. When selecting days, you can choose to mark the days as paid absence if the information in CAB Plan is used for salary. If there are planned jobs on the days marked, a warning will be displayed and you should reschedule these jobs first. If you wish to undo your choice, the absence can be removed by retrieving the days again and uncheck the desired days.

CAB Plan: Disable warning when previous job is not completed

A setting is now available in the organization settings to disables the warning the technician receives when a previous job is not marked as done.

CAB Plan: Transfer of damage date from estimate to workorder (Not Denmark)

If the estimate contains a damage date, this date will now be included in the transfer of information from the estimate to CAB Plan workorder. The date is added to the damage tab in the workorder.

CAB Plan: New location for the edit button in organization settings

The edit button in the organization settings is moved to the upper part of the window for easier access.
