RELEASE NOTES APRIL 2023

In the April release, we are introducing e.g. improved handling of spare parts that are to be added to the CABAS calculation through DMS integration.

After reading, you will be able to access the Release Notes in CABAS by clicking on the “Release information” icon in the top right corner in the top menu bar.

With this release, we have improved the handling of spare parts that have been brought into the calculation via the DMS integration “Get Work Order Items...”

Here you can see how spare parts were handled in CABAS 23.2 (before release 23.4)

There, if you wanted to add a spare part from the “Update estimate” dialogue and click on a spare parts row, the “Spare part matches found” window was opened (presenting the information about the selected spare part). If the spare part text was long, you had to scroll sideways…

...to get to “Add” at the end of the spare parts row, in order to add the spare part in the calculation:

Following release 23.4, the “Spare part matches found” window will be adjusted according to the length of the spare part text – the “Add” button will always be visible so the spare part can be added immediately:
