CAB Plan: Photo inspection on CAB Plan Start

On CAB Plan Start, you can now see how many open photo inspections there are. We have also expanded the information with relevant dates in several places on the page.

CAB Plan: Lock manually added time

It is now possible to lock a time that was manually added to job. This means that the time will remain even if the calculation is updated with a new time.

CAB Plan: Start date in the estimate sets start in CAB Plan (Only with CABAS

If there is a date in the calculation that indicates the start of the repair, that date will be used when the booking is made in CAB Plan. The exception is when you have the setting activated which means that you always must choose the start date manually.

CAB Plan: State that the vehicle is not drivable in the work order

In the work order, it is now possible to state that the vehicle is not drivable.

CAB Damage Inspection Booking: Several new settings added

In the administration interface for the damage inspection portal, there are now several new settings.

If you administer several workshops that have the same legal name, it is possible to rename a workshop to a name of your choice. The new name will only appear in the administration interface.

It is now possible to separate which people that should receive a copy of damage inspection bookings depending on whether it is an on-site inspection or a photo inspection.

If you only want customers to book photo inspections in the damage inspection portal, you can disable the option to book a time for an on-site inspection.

Now there is an option to choose within which radius the workshops should be displayed on the map. Previously, workshops within a radius of 50 km were always shown first. Just as before, you can choose to see more workshops that are outside the radius you specified when making the booking.

It is now possible to activate an option to indicate that the vehicle is not drivable when a damage inspection booking is made.

Online Repair Status: The status ”Ready for delivery” can be used

In the administration interface for Online Repair Status, you can now choose that the repair is shown as complete for the vehicle owner when the status “Ready for delivery” is set in CAB Plan. The option to show the repair as complete when the status is set to “Finished” is still an option.

CAB Plan Deviation Handling: Possibility to export comments

In CAB Plan Deviation Handling it has been possible to export all deviations to Excel. Now it is also possible to export information about which technician registered the deviation as well as the comment that was written.
