CAB Plan Release Notes March 2022

With this release, CAB Plan is changing its operating platform to Microsoft Azure. No functional changes have been made in this version of the CAB Plan.

Additional release with planned stoppage from 4-6 March 2022

Between 18.00 on Friday 4 March and 23.59 on 6 March 2022, CAB will be carrying out extensive maintenance work that will affect most of our services in the automotive area, including CAB Plan. As a result, these services will not be available during this time.

The TimeTracker app will not work after the release

After the release, you will no longer be able to use the TimeTracker app for time registration of jobs. Instead, the new mobile web-based solution, CAB Plan Repair, will be available for time tracking.

Of course, it is also possible to register time directly in the CAB Plan, just as before.

Important! Jobs must be paused manually at the end of working hours on Friday 4 March

All ongoing jobs in CAB Plan are normally paused automatically at midnight. Due to the server transfer, this will not happen. In order to reduce administrative work related to changing time registrations afterwards, we are advising all technicians to pause their ongoing jobs at the end of working hours on Friday 4 March.
